Ninth Circuit: Marriages on Hold

Without explanation, the U.S. court of appeals for the ninth circuit has
granted a stay in the Proposition 8 case, yet again delaying the possibility
of marriages for same-sex couples seeking to wed in California.
The three-judge panel granted Prop. 8 supporters the stay, but it also
expedited arguments. Arguments are scheduled for the week of December 6. | s*******i

就是说判决暂缓生效，
这个和walker最初签署的stay是一样的。
顶多就把生效时间向后推延。
这个对上诉有影响吗？
我在另一个地方看到说：
delaying the repeal of California's Proposition 8
我相信这是误读，不是把上诉推迟了。
这个案件的上诉有效期还是没变。
prop8支持方仍然存在在上诉期内有没有上诉权的问题。
但是另一方面，是否认为第9巡回的法官偏向于被告，
可能会裁决他们有上诉权...?
