get 100% bonus when business is good but that's it.
In fact I am okay with the pay, just can't figure out the long term
career path, especially that I do want to go back China sometime in the
future.
So I hope people with similar situation can share some thoughts with me.

a report, produce it immediately to them. they may need you to do some
tests which involve certain quant knowledge, but the majority of work
is programming. well, i guess the role can also be called quant / analyst,
but hey, it's quant board here let's be honest with each other
