Just got my H1B approved. It took totally a little over 4 months since I
started the paper work. 3 months after the ISSO filed my case to USCIS.
From the copy of the application material, I saw the prevailing wage for a
postdoc here in Microbiology is $36067 in case people are intereted in
whether their salary will meet the requirement.

i remember it was a week or two after the ISSO filed my paperwork. the
receipt and the final approval form were both sent to ISSO.
