a list of fees, which adds 3~5% overhead on top of the house price.
跟其他州比这里的closing cost好高啊？实在是名目繁多
不算lending fee，就是基本的费用
- 1% transaction fee of house price
- $1000 + title insurance
- $300 ~ $400 paper work fee (copying, preparation, etc)
- $275 realtor commission to realtor's company (in addition to 6% paid by
seller)
请问title insurance 能找到便宜点的吗？
