(I have one, 2 mins walk from APT).
The fee is around $30-$40 a month.
Prefered Move in time:
Anytime from May to the end of August

You need to sign the lease to June.30th 2012

1br的总共$800，两个人平均分吧，每人$400。
主要是看中了它家水电暖全包，可以肆无忌惮的用烤箱，各种电器。。。吃火锅神马的。。。也不用担
心冬天暖气开太大会烧钱。。。
