由于邮费的不对等，每次出问题他们就提供退货，退回去的邮费基本上和购买价格＋邮
费相当，甚至还高。
仔细想了想，除非有signature confirmation的，如果出现严重问题，收到后过一阵子
就说没收到，dispute。其人之道还治其人之身。 |

incorrect color, but for an 20-page photobook, they gave me an 24 page one
with 3 blank pages and one page advertisement. I complained - they told me
the three page was for me to pay extra money and buy - I could return the
book by shipping it back to Hong Kong for a refund.
