very clean，给卖家return，她还不同意付return shipping,准备等她refund我了再要

没法跟他沟通，上dispute，拿回钱就neg，然后move on，最多就损失个shipping，节
省的时间也是成本呐

Neg不能少。我觉得in this case 楼主仍旧可以翻脸不认人留neg。main feedback就泛泛一说，他要回复说evil buyer, fully refunded就回答very reluctant in refunding, cost a
full month, rude in all aspect of communications and no apoplogy之类的。
这种很irresponsible的seller我一向不留半点情面。refund归refund，留neg归留neg。你要是很爽快地refund了，那留个pos也无所谓。

没仔细问过。反正要refund，不给就neg是可以的。
