遇到同样的问题，给他们客服打电话了1-800-962-1413,让寄到

刚刚搜了下，大概连退信都不用等了哦
I just wanted to give you an update on the Kellogg’s Gas Card Rebate promotion we told you about a while back. Originally the offer said the promotion would end on 4/30/12 or while supplies last. Well as of 4/2, there are no more cards left. So if your rebate letter is postmarked after 4/2, you will not be receiving a Visa/gas card (sorry).
Here is another twist. I sent my form in on 3/26 but it was sent back to me “return to sender- unable to forward”. I called Kellogg’s today and here is the scoop. They were having a problem with the original PO Box address. So the customer service agent said, as long as my envelope is postmarked before 4/2, I will receive my $10 gas card (which may come now in the form of a check instead- sweet!). She gave me the new address and asked that I also send in the envelope to verify the postmark.
So…If you also get back your form with the dreaded yellow “return to sender” label and the postmark is before 4/2- then send the form, UPC codes and original envelope to:
