我想请教前辈#1中提到training program 都是training什么呀，难不难，有书本吗，
要用多长时间，training 完了要找 medical director 考核对吗？
问题#2实在不懂，他是不是要求必须具备这样的能力才能报名呀。

你不用经过medical director的考核
#1只是说它的training program要经过medical director和其他相关部门的批准而已
至于#2，3，4 都是对护士的基本要求而已
