？ 我的是anthem blue cross PPO, 去做之前还大电话确认过， 当时人家说是cover的
， 结果现在居然收到个162刀具的账单说是count towards deductible 要自己付，又
打电话过去结果却说这不是routine preventative care, 不可以全报销。 怎么前后讲
话不一致，郁闷！上来问一下其他妈妈们的经历。 | T*G

Maybe you should make another call to confirm, sometimes people say very
different things, and try to call during week days, they also outsourced
afterwork calls.

最后还是我打了好几个电话把事情sort out的。 | g*******t

如果没满，就没错。
其实不清楚的话可以打电话给保险公司，
每个人的保险都不一样，很难给你准确答案。

发帖数: 96 | 6 Unfortunately you have to fight for it. Maybe you have to call your
insurance again. I had PPO, at the end I paid for it myself, although it
should probably have been covered. (More than a year ago, I remember bunch
of us asked each other here about the same topic.)
The problem was, I sent in my insurance info back with the bill/ invoice to
the screening program, later followed up with phone call every couple of
months, I was told two or three times by them that they sent claim to my
insurance company. (the third time i contacted them they said they don't
follow up accounts, you have to follow up yourself. ). However, when I
called insurance, they never found a matching claim. Insurance said could
not help me since there is no claim.
One option is you pay first on your own then fill out a form to get
reimbursement from your PPO. There is a chance they don't pay, but you can
try. I missed the deadline with my insurance (1 year limit from service
date) so make sure you call your insurance to find out how much time you
have to deal with this (keep in mind you're gonna be so busy after the baby
is here) bottom line is: One way or another, you have to pay the screening
program the fee, otherwise they (state) will take the money out of your tax
return refund the following year. (they send out a notice with that warning)
. It wasn't really fair because I called insurance before doing the
screening and I was told it was covered too. Good luck, I hope you get it
sorted out without all the trouble I dealt with.
