? Do I need to transfer title as well. My NY title is lien. Do I need to
file the SS-54 to release it? It looks too complicated. But NY donot hold
lien title, is that still obliged to do so?
For sale tax, do you need to be charged sale tax for NJ? I paid the tax in
NY when I bought it.
Could somebody explain this to me?

There is a "Relocate to NJ" section... If MVC cannot answer it, I don't
