NCAA财务不公开的？我上课的时候专门有一节讲的是NCAA的财务制度和分配制度，每个
division怎么分，分给哪些学校，每个项目怎么分都是有规定的。NCAA是有很多毛病，
但肯定没有你们说的那么垃圾。
