balance的数额，总是得到如下error:
You have the following errors.
Your payment amount exceeds your Bluebird Account available balance.
Please lower the payment amount or add more funds to your Account and try
again.
如果留1块钱就没问题。是他们改政策了吗？ |

加一样的信息说有特殊字符不能添加，把所有特殊字符都删了也不行，还是一样提示。 |
