然后打电话问别人，又找管理人员问，
得到肯定的回答后，开始搞，
当我输入PIN后，机器显示203元，也就是喂200元，要3元手续费，没法子，退回来了

moneypass ATM also broke down there. And I know another walmart ATM near
me has broken down since last Friday. I have a bad feeling that they are
reprogramming the ATM? |
