Satya Nadella (Microsoft CEO) used to be an H-1B visa holder. His story is
actually pretty interesting because he and the immigration lawyer team at
Microsoft made an unusual move to help him and his wife unite. Basically he
gave up his green card and went back to H-1B visa so his wife could come to
the US on H-4 visa instead of waiting years to be sponsored for a green card
as his spouse. US immigration laws have quite the ability to create some
weird situations…
