是啊，中国共产党是一个邪教。
在70多年前，中国处于长期半分裂状态，美英法德俄意日等在中国都有区域代理人。中
华民国中央政府受制于不与国家配合的地方军阀，国家连铁路在地方省份上的口径都无
法统一时，中国孱弱无力。我们作为一个延续了几千年的政治实体，却被西方看作是下
等人，愚昧的低级动物时，是中国共产党，通过内战结束中国的这个状态。
所以，在除台湾外的基本的国家统一下，中共有了它的第一个原罪：中央集权。
在60多年前，除了中国仅承认的西方殖民地香港和澳门，两个不属于中华人民共和国的
城市土地外，中共驱逐了所有的境外资本势力、特工与军队。在1956年。中国共产党迫
使自己的老师，苏联共产党，从中国辽宁省大连市的旅顺特别区撤军的时候，不惜与全
世界两大霸权国家美国和苏联同时交恶，被全世界进行经济封锁，中共才终于结束了作
为列强的傀儡而存在。无论是西方还是苏联。在苏联的长波电台和联合舰队倡议被中共
拒绝后，中苏彻底交恶，紧接着就是中共备受诟病的三年困难时期饿死成百上千万人。
中共的确犯了错，因为与国民政府时期仅仅间隔10年，地方上治理人才储备还是那些国
民政府的小吏，中共建国又必须仰仗没有治理经验的军人，保持一定程度的军政府特征
，但又要在苏联撤走一切对华援助与工业支援，除了粮食外又没有能力挖掘本国资源赚
取贸易外汇的恶况下，试图依靠本国力量完成工业体系框架的初步建立，结果可想而知
：基层治理不善出现谎报民情，粮食供应出现巨大缺口，大炼钢铁成了作秀…三年困难
之所以出现在这个年份，恰是因为从这一年开始，中国被世界两大阵营和两大强权同时
制裁了。但中共的态度却强调自己的左倾冒进，而很少提及苏联开始制裁的年份重合是
巨大动因之一。因为这会暴露中国当时在经济和工业上乃至军事上，根本还没有完全独
立自主。中共其实面对老百姓是个要脸面的党，最在乎的就是主权的完全独立自主。因
为中共的最大的执政合法性与历史地位的来源，就是代表中国人站起来，能够独立自主
。独立自主也是中共集团性格的最大特征。
所以，在经历30年的全世界封锁、排斥，并试图依靠本国的牺牲完成工业原始积累的情
况下，中共有了它的第二个原罪：人民生活不如发达国家富裕。
在50多年前，中国面临美苏两大强权以及5.5万公里长度的边境线上遍布美苏及其盟国
的军事威胁。中共煽动留洋的学科专家，让他们放弃美国富裕的现代化生活，回到赤贫
且落后的中国，饿到累到腿都浮肿，也坚持帮助中国完成了原子弹、氢弹、卫星与导弹
的研发和制造…中共建国之后，50年代、60年代、70年代，边境战争频频爆发。但1980
年，中国第一枚洲际导弹试射成功之后，近40年来，中国再也没有发生过战争，一场都
没有。
所以，在中共把中国国防力量进行翻天覆地的大变革，跻身世界军事强国之后，中共有
了它的第三个原罪：武力威胁全世界。
在40多年前，在激烈的内部路线抉择、试错与斗争中，中共基本完成了本国完整工业体
系的建立，完成了国防工业对涉华战争的彻底震慑，完成了新中国在国际上确立前列地
位，是时候选择开放国门，发展贸易，提升民生经济与产业科技…中共决定改革开放。
但仅仅十年的平静，西方最终因为中共没有选择像苏联一样，通过自由化、私有化、投
票化，把自己变成像俄罗斯一样变成一个陷入到分裂泥潭与经济陷阱的国家，再度开始
在舆论上丑化中国。中共拒绝了颜色革命，并让一些被夸大了人数的激进学生付出了生
命，但中共避免了后来的俄罗斯，人均寿命从1990年苏联的68岁，降低到1994年的57岁
…这些因避免颜色革命与经济崩溃而被挽救下的生命，能否被统计出来？有人去统计吗
？没有。相反，中共在苏联解体后仅一个多月，就通过邓小平92南巡，决定加快融入全
球化，在政治上坚持独立自主，在经济上坚持更加开放。40年来，中共的政策把7亿多
贫困人口，从比联合国贫困线更严格的中国贫困线标准中脱离出来。在明年，这个脱贫
数字很大概率会超过8亿。诚然，很多写着简体字的中国人也对中共抱有不满，但当你
问他为什么不满，他会说，因为“我”没有看到选票，因为“我”无法决定习近平是否
成为国家主席，因为“我”不能在公共场合和互联网公开辱骂习近平，但是其他国家的
公民可以…当然，还有一些会说，因为他们投资的数十万数百万，没有得到足够的回报
。或者，因为他们的父母做了一些被共产党认定为贪污、腐败或者官商勾结、贿赂的事
情，或者是更严重的叛党叛国的事情，于是卷款成为了自由发达国家的移民，他们憎恨
中共让他们失去家乡…他们可以在Quora上写出很精彩，很振聋发聩的文章来批判中共
。然而，他们错了。他们以为起码拥有一套价值上百万人民币的房屋才是中国人。他们
不知道，也没有看见过西部山区那些必须在近乎垂直的峭壁上攀爬才能回到自己村庄的
贫困人口，也是中国人…遗憾的是，这些人有能力在互联网上发声。而那些贫穷却受益
于中共的人，它们的手机性能略差，而且刚刚从贫困中走出，没有足够的教育使他们拥
有在互联网发声的能力。但他们的数量，以亿为单位。一人一票？那些精致主义的小资
的政策需求，能够代表整体中国人？中共早就在三个代表重要思想中阐述，自己代表的
是最广大的人民，对集中于城市的富裕阶层，势必有一些平衡和取舍。如果做一个统计
，中国王朝的更替之乱因，很容易发现，多数朝代是从西部爆发革命。每一次政权的更
替，都是惨烈的。中共在努力进行平衡政策，却被欲求不满的人诟病为剥夺。但他们不
明白在中国的地理分布条件下，稳定是多么重要。这是巨大的机会成本，而不是显现在
账面上的经济成本。如果东西部差距更大，人口占压倒性的沿海东部，依靠直选或代议
制强化东部政策优势，演变到最后，可能就是晚明西部农民起义推翻明朝，而东部江南
富贾缙绅享受着繁华似锦，烟花醉柳，却最终不免在战乱被屠杀的最惨的命运。我们毕
竟没有美国那样的地理优势，地广人稀，人均资源丰富，两边各一条海岸线，中部是广
袤的平原农业区…我们的地理是东西资源要素的极端不平衡，很多政权都是亡于东西差
距过大。当然，如果选择民主化，中共选择实行派系选举，在选举年进行押大押小的全
民对赌游戏，或许能很容易解决掉一党制责任压力下的合法性危机。就像苏共那样，后
来俄罗斯的寡头，其实就是当年苏共的精英。但是，大概也会像台湾那样，经济陷入停
滞，也会像印度那样，国际上国家精英们虎虎生风，国内贫困人口数十年如一日的存在
…中共是揽走了巨大的权力，但同时配套的，也是巨大的社会责任…你们看看中国的网
络社区、地方论坛吧，虽然你们不用翻墙去看中国网站，但其实你们对中国更加陌生。
在中国的地方论坛和社区网站中，每个热心政治的市民都在骂自己的省长与市长，都在
盯着本地的GDP、固定投资额、规模以上工业增加值、人均可支配收入、人均消费额等
众多数据，指责中共的地方政府做的不够…这与台湾那种，盯着韩国瑜、蔡英文两个人
每天说的话，仅与两人相关的话题，就能占用全岛重要新闻的80%以上，截然不同。中
共很少会批准游行示威，所以中国人无法为同性恋者发声，无法为应该被人道对待的小
动物发声，无法为自己同情的别人的各种权利发声。但中国每天都在发生不知道多少起
拉开黑白条幅，未经批准的群体示威事件，他们能够为自己切实受到损害的利益发声。
那么这些示威未经批准是否会被中共逮捕入狱？如果你的黑白条幅上写着“打倒共产党
”，“习近平是包子”“习近平下台”，那么一定会。但如果写着“某某书记侵犯我们
的权益”“某级政府未批先建，赔偿金没有发放”，那么他们不仅不会被逮捕入狱，而
且会因为这个地区爆发了一次群体事件，无论该地区的主政官员的做法和政策是否在理
，他都会在中共问责制下，他都会被问责下台。然后由中央政府安排对这些权益被损害
的群众进行赔账和安顿。这种事件在中国是屡见不鲜。选举制度下，人民可以选择最高
领导人，但贪污犯干8年总统，演讲门邮件门如此骇人听闻却不被中纪委调查，总统论
文造假，利用公派公然走私，性丑闻接连不断，却不用下台，这如果放在中国大陆也是
奇闻了。中国历史有83个大大小小的王朝被推翻，400多个皇帝一半死于非命。中国人
或许不太懂古希腊的投票与古罗马的议会共和，但中国人的革命意识却是很浓厚的。顶
层不改革，底层就革命，换的不是内阁政府，而是中央政权。中共不敢太放开舆论，恰
是因为中国人对领导人的道德瑕疵零容忍。中共革命出身能不懂这个？相比而言，西方
人有示威权力，舆论发声权力，但怎么对瑕疵领导人总是马马虎虎的？面对那些明显违
纪的时候，为什么西方或台湾选民没有能力换掉，甚至很健忘，不想换掉这样的政客？
中共由30多个如国家一样人口与面积大小的省份，不允许对30多个省份之上的中央有太
多的发难，实际上是为了30多个省份的聚合性与稳定性。你们知道吗，耳机线越长，越
是容易纠缠在一起，国土面积越大，人口越多，一旦某个点出现问题，越容易引爆全局
…中国怎会不更倾向于稳定？保证30多个省每天发生的群体事件的规模和频次在一个较
低水平，就是中共一直在面对的挑战机制，而不是什么经过批准的游行与四年只有一天
的选票…中共面对概率点分布，没有政绩堵住百姓嘴的成本，远远高于搞好政绩让百姓
没心思上街的成本。
所以，因为中共追求整体的稳定，强化了国家主义与集体主义理念，从而限制了个人主
义与自由主义，限制了对中央领导人的指摘和批判，那些较为富裕的阶层产生了巨大的
不满，中共有了它的第四个原罪：不让人民自由。
这真是一个邪恶的政权啊。它把中国从一个尚且不如非洲的落后国家，变成了现在国际
上首屈一指的国家。它把10亿贫困人口，从贫困中脱离出来，以一国之力提前数十年完
成了联合国全球脱贫目标的一半以上的指标。它让中国40年来，没有再经受过、参与或
发动任何一场战争，让中国人享受到了自1849年鸦片战争以来最为长久的和平和繁荣。
然而，因为它不让像赌博一样，在不同精英党派和隐性财阀集团提供的几到十几个不同
的精英代表中进行押大押小的投票，因为它不让人骂它的国家元首，所以它真的是无比
邪恶。
如何摆脱这种邪恶呢？向某个榜样学习，学习它在建国后的200多年里，面积激增数倍
，90%的时间处于战争状态，至今在与本土远隔大洋的国外各个国家遍布军事基地，然
后用枪炮告诉一些小国和弱国应该怎么制定该国的法律、政治制度以及外交政策。当中
国近十年来又有2亿多人脱贫的时候，这个国家却在本国相距数千公里之外，带领盟友
通过战争制造了数百万流离失所的难民，更不要说还能待在家中贫困人口了。这真是一
个伟大的国家，而且总是“再次”伟大。
中国也有很多人向往这个伟大的国度，因为那里的人富裕，不用干很多活就能得到很多
钱。那里的人只要喝口咖啡，画个图纸，用电脑传送到中国的工厂，中国的数千名工人
就夜以继日的在车间赶工完成这个图纸要求的生产内容。而且设计图纸赚取的利润，是
流水线工厂的数十倍甚至上百倍…当他们领取到压倒性利润比重中的收入后，并放下咖
啡后，他们又发表了一篇文章，指责了中国工业带来的雾霾，中国的血汗工厂让人们工
作16小时不停，细致举证了中共是多么邪恶，并收到大量赞许，或许还被自己的人道主
义和自由思想所感动…这是多么惬意且道德的生活啊，这一定是社会文明的高级阶段才
有的特征…
而中国工厂的工人，在他们大量的营销广告灌输下，却花费了一两个月的收入，购买了
一台自己辛苦生产的手机，又向那些喝着咖啡的人，间接返还了自己本就微薄的劳动利
润…
是啊，当他们的祖先，占领了全世界数十倍于本国的土地，让全球数亿人成为他们的奴
隶时，中国还没落后的祖先没志向，竟然一寸殖民地也没有。当他们的祖先通过殖民掠
夺完成了财富的原始积累时，中国落后的祖先不争气，只能力抗不要像全世界一样成为
他们祖先的殖民地。当他们的祖辈和父辈依靠数百年的积累，奠定了数代人的垄断性技
术和产业结构基础时，我们的祖辈和父辈仍在牺牲他们自己这代人，在血汗中完成初步
工业化和城市化，试图赶上他们的脚步。当我们这代人，几乎过着和他们相同物质水平
的生活时，嘲笑自己的祖辈和父辈知识落后，顽冥不化时，我们有些人开始觉得是中共
的制度不好，中共太邪恶，所以我们才总是被西方瞧不起…
可是，
如果我们的祖先，或者我们这代人自己，拥有远超于本国人口与面积的海外殖民地利益
，比如我们14亿人应配有30亿奴隶阶层和50亿的殖民地劳动人口，960万平方公里应配
有5000万平方公里，基本就是亚欧大陆或者整个美洲大陆的面积的殖民地，并源源不断
得从殖民地向中国本土输送市场利益以及自然资源…那样我们会比欧美穷？呵呵…但西
方社会当初就是这样积累起今天的发达。如果我们也能这样被世界供养几百年，我们这
么多中国人当然也能脱离枯燥的生产，转向科学、艺术等非生产领域，并取得成就，进
而垄断全世界高精尖技术，改写与引领世界发展史且备受推崇，掌握科技霸权，
如果人民币也能成为世界通用货币，中国央行一印钞票，就可以稀释世界各国的外汇价
值，并把自己根本不准备还的债务包装成金融商品卖给其他国家，掌握金融霸权，
如果解放军也能驻扎在全球各个角落，把所有国家当做被震慑的邻国，且控扼全球重要
航道、港口与岛屿，遍地国家代理人，掌握军事霸权，
如果中国的互联网企业与大型网站，也能让全世界所有国家放弃本国产品，垄断全世界
的互联网市场、用户资源、大数据资源，并号称本国这么几款产品代表着全世界的互联
网产品使用自由，掌握全球舆论霸权，
我想，如果有这些，我们中国人也应该会生活的很惬意，很绅士，很像高级文明那样的
特征，很像高级人类那样的特征，受到别国普通人的尊重，崇拜，和向往…
然而，暂时我们还做不到。我们才是刚刚让作为发展中国家的自己人吃饱肚子，并通过
一带一路倡议，通过投资、贸易、交流，利用自己“要想富先修路”的经验，帮助其他
发展中国家，修建一些公路、铁路、基础设施，让他们的贫困人口也能走出恶劣的地理
环境。我们需要的是经济往来和贸易往来，以及投资安全，用国际贸易互通有无，互补
不足，却不追求对外输出意识形态或制度。实际上，我们也想多一些富裕的国家朋友，
但是富裕国家总是嫌弃我们的发展速度太具威胁。我们只好与发展中国家休戚与共，投
资它们，希望它们有更多的发展并与我们站在一起。我们的投资，可能变成了这些国家
的一些债务，但那是改善当地基础设施的，并不是卖给全世界的美元债务或者带着泡沫
的金融衍生品。于是，伟大的，不邪恶的，自身债务远高于自身GDP，超过22万亿美元
，压倒性全球第一，是紧随其后的数个国家的债务之和，却从不担心也不去向别人还债
的某个守护全人类的国家，指责中国的一带一路倡议是给伙伴国家的债务陷阱…对，也
是这个国家，军费水平，高居世界第一，是紧随其后的7个国家的军费之和，军队遍布
世界各个角落，连盟国的战时指挥权都攥在自己手里，而且盟国的分布几乎包围了半个
中国，数十年来将中国封锁在第一岛链以内，却说中国是威胁全世界的国家。当然，还
是这个国家，本国的种族歧视特别严重，打击种族歧视的政策也特别苛刻严厉，枪击案
隔三差五，却整天捕风捉影的咬着中国的民族问题和人权问题。
这绝对是一个不邪恶的国家。他们输出民主（战乱中的民主），输出自由（难民的自由
），输出繁荣（拥有美国驻军并成为美企垄断市场的繁荣），输出和平（国家解体后的
和平），输出人权（在镇压波特兰游行的同时由CIA美国民主基金会倡导的香港打砸烧
式人权）。反观中共，哦，这个邪恶的家伙，居然不给刚刚吃饱饭的人们无限自由？邪
恶的令人发指。
