election cycle? Because I'm pretty sure that:
Coming within a stones' throw of winning the GOP nomination for President, a
lifelong dream, just to have a reality TV star steal it from him
Having said nominee accuse his father of conspiring to assissinate JFK
Having said nominee insult his wife's physical appearance
Having to walk back his one moment of honor and glory from his speech at the
Republican Convention and endorse the guy that's completely maligned your
family in public
Days later learning that the asshole that has spun you around and totally
fucked your political career was illegally trying to do business with the
very same regime that forced your family out of Cuba in the first place
..should be enough to convince him that God hates him almost as much as the
American people do. But apparently Cruz still isn't getting the hint, he
needs to suffer even more. So how else can Cruz end up as collateral damage
from the Trump trainwreck? |
