How can you not see something so blatantly obvious?
The 13 month averages, identified by the red line, are mostly below the
center line prior to the el-nino peak, and mostly above the center line
after the peak.
If you put those data points into Excel and ask excel to draw a trend line,
you would clearly see it's going up.

CO2 atmospheric concentration had varied between low of 180 ppm to high of
280 ppm in earth's history. Ice core measurements clearly indicates prior
to industrial revolution, the CO2 concentration was around 280 ppm, normal
high for CO2 concentration in earth's inter-glacial warm period. Since then
, it has steadily increased from around 280 in 1700's to 320 by 1950's. Now
it's above 400 ppm. No naturally occurring process would have created such
a dramatic change out of the usual extremes in such a short period of time.
Refusing to believe human activities had dramatically changed the CO2
level in our atmosphere is probably a sign that your intelligence level is
not as high as you would like.
Also, some people always say: earth experience high temperature and low
temperatures all through history, and life survived. So it's nothing to
worry about. Of course Earth don't care about high or low temperature.
Life in general is very hardy and will survive and flourish with either high
or low temperature. But us humans, specifically our civilizations won't
survive.

CO2 concentration naturally would take hundreds of thousands of years to
change one hundred ppm. We humans managed to do in 150 years.

Within the time period of human existence to be more precise. Your graph is
historical values throughout earth's geological time periods, irrelevant
today. Otherwise, earth's early atmosphere had very little free oxygen,
very high concentration of sulfur, methane, CO, CO2. Maybe you would think
a return to that kind of condition is "natural".
Also, the last ice age occurred when earth's CO2 concentration was 180 ppm.
Use a little bit of your brain and you would know we were in no danger of
going into an ice age.
