According to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), immigration fraud
generally falls into one of three categories:
1. Document fraud - refers to the manufacture, sale or use of counterfeit

Security cards, or passports. Document fraud also involves efforts to obtain
genuine identity documents through fraudulent means.
2. Benefit fraud - refers to the willful misrepresentation or omission of
material fact on an application to obtain an immigration benefit one is not
entitled to, such as U.S. citizenship or a valid visa. These benefits give
one the ability to freely enter, work, or reside in the U.S.
3. Asylum fraud - refers to the fraudulent request for protected refugee
status. Many fraudulent asylum cases seek to gain entry and safe haven in
the United States by portraying themselves as victims of human rights abuses
, political persecution, or religious persecution in their home countries.

这个证据只能是当年她申请移民时候的文档。不知道谁有资格查证。
