It is possible the driver did not notice the child. As sad as it is, 2 year
olds aren't normally found wandering in alleys, and if the driver is short,
they might not see her, especially once she is knocked over. This is not an

If you've seen the actual unedited video then you'd know that the driver
knew what he did. He hit her, then she was between the front and rear tires.
He paused for a sec to think what to do and then just drove over her with

I think you'll find it's the other way round. A culture that does not value
human life has to have a government that compensates for that - the people
existed before the government, not the other way around. This is not the
result of communism, it's the cause for its existence.
