是疲劳，有时说是眼睛发干发痒。去年体检验了血，血红细胞低于正常范围，但是不算
低很多。不知道是不是这个引起的，也不知道该怎么提高。只能吃的好些。今年又体检
还是血红细胞略低于正常值。他最近说有时会头晕撞到门上，把我听得好害怕。他的年
纪34岁。我们是不是应该去看个脑科医生什么的？或者应该其他什么科的医生吗？ | h***f
发帖数: 162 | 2 Based on a limited history, there are three problems: Anemia, eye blinking
issues, and episodes of syncope. Anemia and syncope can be linked, but
usually the anemia must be quite severe for a person to faint. Usually you
will also have tachycardia and other symptoms by that point.
I would suggest start with internal medicine/family practice. Then, if need
be, they can refer you to neurology or neuro-ophthalmology. | k******e

发帖数: 3892 | 4 家庭医生都知道呀，由于血红细胞也不是很低所以也没推荐医生，所以我们才准备自己
找医生看。

发帖数: 877 | 5 If anemia has been diagnosed, it should be further worked up to identify the
underlying cause. I am surprised that your fmaily doctor did not order any
test.
How low is the hemoglobin level?
There are other indexes on the complete blood cell count test, such as MCV,
MCH and MCHC. Are those within normal limit or not?
Any check up for iron (very rare for a male patient), folate and vit B12?
Neurological problems can cause anemia but anemia might cause dizziness or
syncope. If hemoglobin level is just a little bit low, less likely the
dizziness (or lightheadedness) is related to the anemia.
I would suggest you talk with your family doctor again and ask him/her why
this is not concerning. If you are not satisfied with the explaination, you
may consult another doctor. |
