2. i menat the brain surgery. when it was done? how many hours or days after
the intracranial hemorrhage.

The surgery was done about 2 weeks ago, he got the surgery within 1 or 2
days after the intracranial hemorrhage happened.

time of initial admission to suppress acid production, and should continue
until acute phase is over. not sure whether this was done.
not sure if you were given the information, did the brain bleeding go into
the parenchyma or the 4th ventricle? how the surgery was done? only a
decompression or bleed was removed?
such stomach hemorrhage in neurosurgery do kill patients.
the vast majority of such stomach hemorrhage occur without underlying
stomach conditions. and as a result, when it stops, no arrangement to follow
up with GI is recommended.

tests on his stomach. but if he does, it should be looked into further.
