检查出慢性粒细胞白血病，已经确诊了，一声叹息。。。想在这里请教，有没有人知道
，进行骨髓移植手术的话，在美国做比在中国做的成功率要大很多吗？排异反应什么的
这边能控制的更好么？这里做手术的费用大概多少？

。。。而且活很久是多久呢？她现在才20多岁，就算再活10年，也太年轻了啊...
她和她老公的工资加在一起，每个月除去吃药的钱，就只剩下吃饭的钱了...

of Medicine in 2006 showed an overall survival rate of 89% after five years.
[15] In 2011, an independent study performed in 832 CML patients worldwide
reported that the group of patients who achieve a stable cytogenetic
response with imatinib shows an overall survival rate of 95.2% after 8 years
, which is similar to the rate in the general population. Only 1% of
patients died because of leukemia progression.
因为药还算比较新，也就是15年之内的事情。long term data没有。但是这个已经是癌
症中的奇迹了。说不好可以活多久的。但是CML是绝对可以控制的事情。
她有医保么？

每年花费3万多到近10万美元。。。她单位有医保，但是这个药的报销很严格，得要申
请什么的，即使申请到了也只是报销一部分，剩下的部分每年自己还要负担十几万...
不过只要能有希望好好活着，花多少钱都是值得的...

Imatinib). 5 year overall survival increased from 10-20% to 60-70% with TKI.
It is totally worth the money. the key is to take the medicine as long as
it still works. Sometime, CML can be resistant to imatinib, they you can
switch to second generation inhibitor such as dasatinib. |
