inflammation, or flaking in the nail nor the cuticle. The entire toenail is
in black (as opposed to yellow or brown) and thickened over months. I saw
my doctor months ago when the black/darkened spot was not so big and the
toenail was not thickened, he said it was fungal infection. But it doesn't
seem like toenail fungus typically present as blackened and thickened nail,
and neither can I find any reference that associates toenail fungus to
nausea, fatigue and toe pain, all of which are bugging me 24/7 at the moment
. :( Could it be something else? Or do I need more aggressive treatment
beyond topical application of antifungal creams? Thanks! | t*******n 发帖数: 4445 | 2 You better get back to the doc (or see a podiatrist) to check it some more.
Could be misdiagnosis or something more developed over months.
Even if it's fungal infection, the usual OTC creams do not work as well as a
prescription.
