有必要现在去医院吗？还是观察一下，如果继续烧，明天早上去医院？
买了motrin的退烧药，吃下试试？

probably rhinosinusitis, can be either viral or bacterial, it is virtually
impossible to distinguish viral from bacterial within the first 7 to 10 days
, since both can resolve spontaneously,
i would recommend mechanical irrigation, you can get from walgreen this
packets that has salt and bicarb, disolve in water and rinse with bulb
syringe; you can take tylenol/motrin for fever and pain; can also get
mucinex to thin the secretions,
if your symptoms gets better then gets worse, it's probably vi

目前还没吃药，温度自动降下来了
现在是37度2
鼻涕是清鼻涕
所以我打算先观察一下
