service starting on Sept 1. Maybe most of you have received the same message.
The key info:
1. Live Chat service is to be launched on September 1, 2011.
2. It is another method of communicating with IMGs participating in ERAS
2012 which will enable a one-on-one conversation with an ERAS Support
Services representative.
3. Live chat time: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Eastern
Time (ET).
4. Access website: http://www.ecfmg.org/eras/applicants-index.html
5. Live chat can answer general questions, such as questions about the ERAS
application process, policies, and timelines or about the ECFMG or AAMC’s
MyERAS websites.
6. Applicant-specific questions, such as those related to an individual ERAS
application, can be addressed ONLY via e-mail (e**********[email protected]) or
