2) In-growing major, ok medical school, overall good-ranking school, but
study in the same city with family.

medical related major: medical, nurse, radiologist.. etc..

location好，靠近纽约就比其他地方多了很多机会。ranking除非是哈佛耶鲁之类的顶
级学校，否则都差不多。
