话，第一年需要选择几个hemo/onc的elective？医院建议第二年才选away elective。
听说第二年7月开始申请，如果第二年才做away elective，来的及吗？还有，在12月面
试前，一共应该做几个hemo/onc呢？谢谢回答！
还有一个问题，医院说可以从elective里抽出一周vacation。那是不是意味着这个
elective少了一周呢？这样的话有的block是三周，有的是四周？太感谢了！ |

suggest do 4 different elective in your first year
then do away elective during your first 4 months of your 2nd year.
get fellowship application ready in ERAS before the end of Nov.
for pediatric fellowship, they have fall match and spring match. |

做away elective，这就到了8月了，不知道向您这么说的是不是一定可行？有没有已经
申请上fellowship的前辈说一下呢？谢谢了。
