residency training is considered initial an h1b petition instead of
extension, right?
2, Do people here need H1b all prefer use premium processing service? The
GME office of my future employer suggests using it if I file the application
in less than 10-12 weeks. Now there are still 3 months but I am not sure
how long is the regular processing time.

发帖数: 162 | 2 1. for residency, you can do H1 transfer, I am doing it right now. But you
have to make sure your H1 years have enough left (6-year limit).
2. for my initial H1 application, it took me about 3 month. So, you are
right one the borderline. It is up to you. for saft side, use the premium
service.
