applicant didn't read the instruction carefully, and ask them to provide
honest letters.

situation. They may or may not change the content, just need to indicate you
waived the rights in the letter.

发帖数: 1334 | 13 Each document has a upload time. You can ignore the old ones and just use
the news ones. Of course the letter writer may include a notes to ask for a replacement. No big deal if the old letters stay in the system. If you'll not assign them to a program, nobody will know their existence.

发帖数: 1334 | 15 A small case. Ask the letter writers to help you. Some people didn't waive rights and still got matched. We just talk about probability here. At my school, we're instructed to waive rights though.
