G'和G"能不能用VISCOMETER来测，用来测一种蛋白hygrogel，
我现在只有VISCOMETER，可以得到RMP，mPa，shear stress，shear rate，torque的数
据，但不知道这些数据有什么用，
那位高人解答一下啊，谢谢，
