发帖数: 720 | 1 初来乍到，找房子中，valencia附近传说中的好区房子都很贵。。。但是又不想住太远
，免得上班开车开到崩溃……
而且觉得valencia离吃饭的地方实在太远，今天开到arcadia吃顿饭就开了45分钟，所
以想往南住一点，但是最南最好不要超过burbank
不知道以下几个城市安全性如何~
northridge
Van Nuys
Sherman Oaks
Newhall

wouldn't live north of Burbank Ave, try stay south, next to Ventura blvd
even if the rent could be higher.
I don't think the rent will be lower than Valencia though

不错的说,当然也比较贵. Newhall太远了, 5号比较堵, 118一带比较好, 或者simi
valley. |
