contract, 原来的offer没有具体说能与不能，但是seller在attorney review阶段加了
句话，
说buyer 在attorney review正式结束后三个工作日内可以cancel 合同。我的律师收到
就直接接受了（自始至终没有和我任何沟通）。
我的agent今天forward给我卖房和其律师分别的修改条款，才发现我的律师没有和我进
行任何
沟通，没有征得我的同意，没有发给我合同的修改内容，没有转发给我，甚至把我妻子
的名字拼写错误。律师是我的agent推荐的，我打电话问甚至都不知道进行到何种状态

发帖数: 2424 | 2 你不签字就得了。任何合同在买卖双方签字前都不生效，除非你签了power of
arrorney. 另外，attorney review 完了，才轮到你。review 过程中不用跟你商量的。

另外我没有和律师签任何文件，就是在电话里说 “let's start..." 然后就没有下文了 |

发帖数: 209 | 9 It is very strange, you are the BOSS during the whole transaction, any
communication sent by your attorney has to be approved by you. I just don't
understand how can your attorney accept the review addendum without your
approval.
Usually during the AR:
1. Your attorney writes a review letter (addendum) first and asks you to
approve the letter and then sends to seller's attorney.
2. Seller's attorney will discuss the letter with the seller. If seller
agree everything on the letter and sign it, then attorney review is ended.
3. If seller change anything in the review letter and send back to your
attorney. Your attorney will discuss the letter with you. If you agree
everything on the letter and sign it, then AR is ended. If you don't agree
something, you can change it and send back to the seller's attorney.
4. AR won't end till both the seller and buyer reach the agreement. Attorney
will ask for extension of AR if it takes more than 3 business days.
In NO case your attorney can accept anything without your acceptance. I will
doubt your attorney will fight for your interest in the following process. |

in the whole process, my attorney didn't contact me once after I called and
told him "let us start". The attorney send the addendum to my broker
without my approval, and my broker didn't forward to me either. After
receiving the seller's revision letter back, the attorney simply stamped "
accepted" and my broker told me the attorney review was officially finished.
I asked my broker what is the status and got replied "everything on track,
nothing to worry about....."

发帖数: 552 | 13 一码归一码，你不满律师的工作， 和buyer agent毛关系也没有。
你换找另一个律师就可， 中介推荐的律师你可以拒绝或切换。
律师和中介之间如果有利益关系那可是违法的，为了一单收入不值得勾结。
buyer agent 只管到 accepted offer为止，不负责律师文件的起草修改或者delivery.

attorney review正式结束后三个工作日内可以cancel 合同", 其实是针对addendum
letter里面关于megan's law statement的那段，并不能说我在AR后可以退出。昨天我
的broker才转发给我我的律师的那个addendum letter，所以才看到。
无论如何决定要退出了，因为觉得我的broker和attorney都不可靠，不能解答我的几个
疑问，还有价格结构不是特别清楚，感觉不踏实。
现在问一下，我现在退出offer的话怎么操作会有什么问题。我刚给我的律师发了信说
我打算退出offer。 我还没有提到没有我的approval签字的事情。 |

发帖数: 552 | 15 你的buyer attorney本该是保护你利益的， 主要是保护你的财产权和定金。如果他修
改的是contract上的法律用词， 那就不需要经你同意，但在定稿前让你过目和修改是
应该的。 “答应contract”什么意思？ 他没权力答应你的合同也不可能代你去履行合
同责任。
第三个问题问你的agent.
你已经宣布退出这单， 那就不用管其他了。
