(i already have 5 in kitchen.)

used ordinary lamp for recessed light. But some friends with high ceiling
switched to LED because of its long life.
How many recessed lights are you going to put in family room and living room
respectively?

need 6 lights.

发帖数: 2045 | 9 Of course LEDs, there is no other choice. 10 regular 65W bulbs will be like
turning on a toaster, both electricity wise and temperature wise. And CFLs
are not good for recessed light.
I just put 6 dimmable LED BR30 in the kitchen and they are brighter than
regular 65W bulbs. Costco has them (FEIT) at the cheapest.

Depot has them for slightly cheaper.

LED太贵，而且也会坏
可以先装CFL，过几年换LED
如果是high ceiling就直接装LED
