Roof:
The type of roof is "3-TAB ASPHALT FIBERGLASS SHINGLES", it is a roughly 20
years' roof. It is not in a terrible shape, but definitely it passes 85% of
its life time. To replace a new one costs around $8k to $9k.
If just to fix the chimney leakage, the cost will be between $500 to $1000
depends on the condition;
To repair all the rotted trimmings and paint them cost $2200, but if they
are not rotted at all, we need to climb up and paint them, that will cost $
800
Electricity: To put a cap on the meter socket entry and the fix the GFCI
outlet cost $250 to $300.
Patio door: The affixed patio door is rotted and needs to be replaced. Since
the rotted area is part of the door, it can't be fixed unless replacing the
whole door and that cost $2000.
Basement: to replace the bad isolation and put a vapor barrier cost $600 to
$800
A/C condenser: it is at the end of it's useful service life. , replacing a
new one cost $2500 to $3000
New Water Tank: $1000
