字终止合同，这个怎么办呢？我们的agent跟我们打模糊眼。。。我倒是听说过我们这
个agent曾经有个case最后buyer没把定金要回来，但是后来看到合同上写得很清楚只要
我们打了不要就可以退也没多想，哎，现在怎么办呢？ |

of states. simply fax over a disapprove notice will do.

两天agent让我们再填个form51，那个上面还要seller签字。。

the deal and get your EM back. when will be the last day for inspection and
when did you faxed over the signed 35R?

escrow都要form 51才能退钱云云，但是seller agent不理我们，seller说只有他得
agent让他签他才签

他就说噪音不属于inspection范围，我们不能用那个理由退出
但事实上是合同早在我们发notice那天就结束，他们也把房子重新list了
如果我们要找escrow得话需要refer哪条法律说我们不需要seller签字
