My AT&T did not work several days ago. I called the technical support.
AT&T: bla bla .....
Me: bla bla ....
Me: my dsl does not work this morning.
AT&T: bla bla ....
Me: what?
AT&T: your computer's settings are not right.We can offer your a service
package for ??? a year and xx a month. We can correct the settings for you.
Me: I have 3 laptops, and 2 dsektops. None of them can browse Internet.
AT&T: Well, the settings on all of them are not correct. We can help you to
change the settings........
Me: all of them worked before. How come suddenly none of them works.
AT&T: If the settings on one computer are wrong, the settings on the other
computers will be changed too.
Me: I don't use all of them at the same time. In fact, to check the DSL
problem, I powered on each of them while all others off.
AT&T: Your computers' settings can be changed though they are not on ......
Me: bla bla .......
AT&T: bla bla ..........
Me: please please don't change anything in your server sides. Just ignore
this call
AT&T: you need the service package, I am helping you to fix the problem ...
bla bla
Me: please don't waste our time, I will end the call.....
After the call was terminated by me, I found my DSL backs to work. | w*******g
