p***o 发帖数: 70	1 get couple of offers for the leasing our house, same rent, one offer is 2 year lease and another one 3 year lease. we are moving to another state and does not want to sell the house in the next 2 years. the rent can cover mortgage+tax+insurance. both telants have very good reference. pick up which one?
