ft. The worst markup I saw was about 200 sq. ft. Some try to covers it up
by explicitly saying sq footage from owner or estimated. Considering most of
the floor plans in my city can be easily found online, I think they are
just plain stupid.
Your case sounds like a typo. I would definitely ask for discount. But
depends on how you like the house, only you can decide whether to walk or
