If pay off the mortgage in 5 years, then 5 ARM can save average $500/per
year (net amount, already deducted tax benefit on interests) over 15 year
fix. What to choose??
The advantage for 15 year fix is that the mortgage can be paid off much
later, depends on the cash flow/usage at hand. |
