什么的，变形。递了offer才知道不是木地板，幸亏我们价格给的不是很高。文盲，看
不出来真假木头。也没有仔细看材料。

发帖数: 5184 | 4 木地板又没有多少钱，不会因为这个就亏了赚了什么的。
但是你没有看清所有材料就给offer是一件很risky的事情，木地板搞错了不是什么大问
题，如果漏了别的重要细节以后就该哭了。：）

will last long time (over several hundred years if well taken care off), it
will always be in style, laminate and ceramic tile will look old and out
dated after few years, good one may last more than 10 years, but certainly
will be out of style. If you like to go bare foot a lot in your home, make
you install heating underlayment. (It is the biggest regret from all my
customer that choose not to do it).

浴室也想用marble,但是很怕滑倒,尤其是家里老人会时不时来探亲住一住的.
这种厨房和浴室石头地面用的heating underlayment是不是一般是电的那种？
据说电的容易坏,能推荐个耐用的吗?
cork好像是比较软，是不是不耐压？也在我的考虑之中。主要是家里有比较小
的孩子。

Depending on what you use, large polished pieces will be some what slipery.
Honed or tumbled finish is less slipery, split face will not be slipery at
all.
Also using smaller design will make it much less slipery too (mosaic)
Same thing, it is much better to use mosaic tiles in the bath. I used this
pattern in one of my bath, the amount of grout makes it very non-slipery.
Yes, electric or water heated are the two major type. I think electric is
very durable, just make sure you test each section

going on at the same time right now.

发帖数: 4125 | 12 That depends. I think in my case it will more important to seal the grout
than the marble itself.
A good seal (applied correctly) should last a long long time under normal
use. Under extreme conditions you need to re-apply once a year. In bath room
, if you wipe off water right away, you should be fine for long time. But if
you constantly spill things like red wine, vomit, pee, you will fall into
what I called extreme conditions.
I have been to many houses with morble floor that is over 200 year
