the former owner can not do a too good job during this time, like deep
cleaning of the carpet which I am sure you want to do it to feel comfortable
. With your own stuff, some jobs will be much more difficult. For things
like paining, it is much better to do it without furniture and people in the
house. If you think you can manage with that, sure you should move in as
soon as possible to save money. |

发帖数: 9475 | 4 房子是全地板，楼梯都是，现在的房东住了10年，去看的时候看着很干净，地板刚打过
蜡，连刮痕都没有
墙也看着干干净净的，不打算重刷
我想到的自己可能要清理的是百叶窗，这个自己用bleach擦擦应该不费很多时间；别的
地方因为全是地板，脏不脏应该很容易看出
另外，搬进去时一般要做空调系统清理吗？这个是看不到的地方
还有什么？

should move in as soon as possible. Air condition duct cleaning and some
other small cleaning can be done with people living in.

一般contract上都要写上close时要professinoally cleaned. |
