For changing Air filter,I have one on the wall for the first floor unit, and
one on the ceiling for the second floor unit, which I changed them
regularly. However, most instruction said that the Air Filter is insider the
Furnace (near browser somewhere) but I never found them there.
Dose anyone know this and can you confirm how many air filter are in one
unit gas furnace?

发帖数: 157 | 3 The manual is for multi-models (brand: Trane? from American Standard inc),so
it's not for sure. The manual also mentioned after showing the air filter
inside:
"Air filters may also be located outside of the furnace using a remote
filter grille. the filter grille could be in a hallway, wall or in the
ceiling."
I have filters in wall and ceiling, and did not find the opens for Air
filter around the units, so I'm confused. But in most case, people are
talking the air filter inside the unit, even my

wall or ceiling, unless someone pretty familiar with this point out...
