我有个Mol Bio & Biochem 的博士, 并在一大药厂工作了3年. 因为种种原因不想再做
bench work 了, 想做些patent law 方面的工作. 近期不打算申请law school, 想申请
patent paralegal 的工作, 但不知如何开始. 有几个具体点的问题,
1). 这想法是否异想天开, 有可行性嘛?
2). 这方面就业机会和前景如何呢?
3). 应作些什么准备工作呢? 是否应该去考paralegal license 和 patent bar 等等?
一下问了这么多, 实在是觉得全无头绪, 任何的回答, 评论, 拍砖, 或鼓励都欢迎. 在

发帖数: 275 | 2 Paralegal's job does not require much creativity or critical think. Even
paralegals in a patent law firm does not deal much with either law or
technology. I don't think someone who has a PhD and pharma working
experience should be seeking paralegal job. If you are serious about
getting into patent field, consider looking for tech specialist or patent
agent job.
