且它的帐户是1998年的,根本牛头不对马嘴.给讨债公司打电话,说不关他们的事,让我们
去找TIME-WARNER.给TIME-WARNER打了N多次电话,说要调查,从此再没有下文.讨债公司
几乎每天打电话骚扰,烦恼ING.大家帮我出出注意, 能不能去告他们,或者有什么办法解

correct. Just find a good consumer transaction attorney who experts in
Federal Debt Collection Act (FDCA) or your state debt collection law.
Under FDCA, you may be rewarded the attorney fee and $1000 if you win the
case. I bet the attorney will take your case on contigent fee arrangement
which means the attorney will not get paid if not winning the case. | d****y

发帖数: 109 | 4 Under Federal law (FDCA), you may not sue TW; but you can sue the debt
collector. Under your state law, maybe you can sue the TW at the same time
of suing the collector.
By the way, I am not a lawyer and you should not rely on my opinion. Check a
local lawyer if you treat it seriously. |
