Main Accountabilities

· Resource planning and follow up for the pharmaceutical
development part of all projects within the BU PN C&K as well as for all
other agreed tasks.
· Budget planning and follow up according to the budget calendar
within the PAPEC and BU PN C&K, including cost and resource planning for
projects and other tasks.
· Line responsibility for the quality systems and their
introduction and supervision within the function, including GMP, GLP and
relevant ISO standards.
· Responsibility for the achieving the agreed targets of the
function with respect to project and other goals.
· When relevant, lead or delegate the planning and performance
of the pharmaceutical development part in pre-studies, feasibilities and
projects.
· Actively participate in the scientific community within
relevant fields of expertise and establish professional scientific network.
· Actively collaborate with universities and institutes within
the fields of pharmaceutical development to explore new technologies or
collaborate in the development of new findings.
· Be member of the PAPEC Management team and actively participate
in meetings.
Expenditure Responsibilities

Lead the function in accordance with plans, agreed budget and agreed
level of attestation. The powers should be appropriately delegated in
accordance with GMP principles and company requirements.
Approve and release scientific and other documentation from the function
in accordance with approved documentation systems

Responsibility for the environmental work and safety procedures within
the function in accordance with delegation |
