Duties and Responsibilities
This post is to promote research and teaching in different subjects. The
postholders will be based in their departments, and will be expected to
participate and contribute significantly to both their departments and
related schools more generally. It would be desirable if the candidate has
research interests in some area of its field or a closely related discipline
. They should also have both teaching experience and publications in a
related discipline.
Key Requirements
Applications are invited from candidates with a PhD in any of our posted
fields. Previous experience of teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate
level is essential. Candidates should demonstrate research achievement at a
high level appropriate to stage of career, and show an ability to make a
distinctive contribution to their departments’ teaching needs.

重庆大学人文社会科学高等研究院（简称高研院）成立于2011年7月，为重庆大学向综
合型研究型大学转向、建设高水平人文社会科学的重要举措。高研院担负多重使命，除
聚集海内外人才从事前沿学术研究外，也包括培养青年学术人才、建设大学文科队伍、
探索通识教育的路径与内容，以及组织关于重庆市经济、社会、文化发展以及转型时期
重要问题的讨论。高研院下设若干研究中心，计划从2012年春季学期开始，以工作坊、
课题组、研讨班、系列学术会议、年度论坛、通识教育核心课程建设等多种方式展开学
术活动。
招聘领域以文、史、哲等人文基础学科（包括古典学、艺术史、文化研究、城市研究）
以及经济学、政治学、社会学、人类学等社会科学基础学科为基本单位，鼓励交叉学科

1、师资研究员（讲师系列）

本领域内创新和领导潜力；

5、博士论文奖学金研究员：
驻院工作要求：高研院每年提供6-10个人文和社会科学博士论文奖学金（重大及重庆大
学联盟高校在读博士生、国内外其他高校博士生各占一定比例），资助处在博士论文写
作阶段的博士生，来重庆大学高研院进行2个月以上一年以内的与论文相关的研究、并
与其他驻院学者进行跨学科对话，并就论文写作的相关进展做一次学术报告。结束时需
提交一份“研究工作报告”。
申请/招聘条件：已开题；有论文计划的博士生，在我院驻院时间为至少2个月/每学期。
