我在申请一个职位，其中有个问题：
Are you a current or former employee of any government (including any
governmental entities at the federal/national, state/provincial, and local
levels and including publicly funded institutions)?
以前在州立大学工作过，普通技术职位，算不算是employee of US government呢？
