通常如何有效的和hr谈薪水。具体问题各有不同,说不定hr给一个无法拒绝的offer,
也说不定给一个勉勉强强的并且很强硬. 但想问问一般情况如何更好的多争取一下。和
hr谈薪水的时候,可以和将来的顶头上司也沟通一下待遇问题么?

last employee, why you have to tell them the compensation from your previous
employer? It's a confidential information anyway.
If it is a credible company, they will pay you the fair market price.
Otherwise, the way out for a low ball is to either have competing offers
with undisclosed amount or you have something special that they need you a
lot.
