Electronic Repair Engineer ( Mountain View, CA )
COMPANY OVERVIEW:
OPPO Digital http://www.oppodigital.com is a leading provider of the reference-quality DVD and Blu-ray disc players, and has received the highest customer satisfaction score according to PC Magazine (www.pcmag.com).
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an Electronic Repair Engineer to participate in our customer
service team. The ideal candidate possesses strong sense of customer
service and team work, as well as hard working, has excellent
troubleshooting and repairing skills.
This position is a full time job and provides H1B support if needed; a 3
months probation period is applied.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Repair OPPO products
• Document repair logs and reports
• Maintain lab equipment and supplies
• Other related work
REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong technician skills including soldering, PCB reworking and
product assembling
• Familiar with using multimeter and oscilloscope
• Good communication skills
• Able to lift at least 50 Lbs is plus.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Associate degree ( or above ) in electrical engineering or
computer engineering science
• Experience as an electronic repair technician or equivalent
professional experience is plus
